PARIS FASHION WEEK
As much as fashionistas love Milan, London and New York, there’s nothing like the world-famous Paris Fashion Week. Featuring incredible backdrops, exquisite designs and no expenses spared, Paris is indeed the world’s ultimate fashion week. Held bi-annually in one of the world’s fashion capitals, this glamorous event showcases Autumn-Winter and Spring-Summer collections from elite fashion connoisseurs, such as Paul Smith, Comme des Garcons Homme Plus, Louis Vuitton and Dior Homme.

NEW YORK FASHION WEEK
New York Fashion Week has become the place to see and to be seen, with famous front-row guests like David and Victoria Beckham, Blake Lively, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Rated as one of the “Big Four” fashion weeks, this entrancing event is held in September and February every year, showcasing the creations of the industry's big-time players, including Brooks Brothers, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Alexander Wang, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren. Established in 1943, the New York Fashion Week was organized to illustrate American fashion, which is usually overshadowed by the French Fashion industry.

MILAN FASHION WEEK
A week of glitz and glamour, The Milan Fashion Week is a major industry event that highlights the latest trends in Fall and Winter as well as Spring and Summer fashions. Celebrated bi-annually in a thriving cosmopolitan and fashion capital, this sought-after and illustrious event was initiated in 1958 to display the works of the notable fashion designers in Italy. Visitors of this fabulous event can view spectacular creations by the biggest names in Italian fashion, such as Ermanno Scervino, Christian Pellizzani, Ji Wenbo, Zeng Feifei, Prada, Versace and Armani.

LONDON FASHION WEEK
London Fashion Week, one of the four primary fashion weeks across the world, dazzles and wows fashion connoisseurs twice a year during September and February. The event features the latest fashion designs and trends, and is attended by leading designers as well as fashion houses that flock to the London Fashion Week display to display their finest and latest creations. Organized by the British Fashion Council, the event boasts exhibits from designer fashion labels like Vivienne Westwood, Simone Rocha, Osman, Noel Stewart, Margaret Howell, Lucilla Gray, Burberry, Alexander White, and more.
Dates: February 19-23, 2016 (Fall/Winter collections), September 24-27, 2016 (Spring/Summer collections).

TOKYO FASHION WEEK
Famous for its innovations and unique creations, Japanese style has been on the fashion world’s limelight ever since Rei Kawakubo – the designer of Comme des Garcons – invaded France’s capital in the 1980s. Her deconstructed, eccentric and ground-breaking designs have inspired many fashion avant-gardists, such as Martine Margiela and Helmut Land. And with Japan’s influence in fashion, it is no wonder the entire world pauses to see what’s happening during the Tokyo Fashion Week.
The trends and styles showcased in this event are often very experimental and bold. Some of the most unusual trends in fashion came through this vibrant and dynamic fashion week, and it really won’t be a surprise if it becomes one of the best in the industry.

BERLIN FASHION WEEK
Berlin Fashion Week, although it’s relatively new, has gained international status, thanks to the event’s young and vibrant fashion designers. Sponsored by Mercedes-Benz, the Berlin Fashion Week was initiated in 2007 with the aim to of showcase the creations of the up and coming designers in the industry. Attendees of Berlin Fashion Week can view fashions from designers like Emre Ernemoglu, Fyodor Golan, Ewa Herzog and Dorothee Schumacher.
Dates: January 18 to 22, 2016 (Fall/Winter collections), June 28 to July 1, 2016 (Spring/Summer Collections).

BARCELONA FASHION WEEK
There’s a fierce competition between Barcelona and Madrid on which fashion week reigns supreme in Spain. But for the most part, style enthusiasts would pick Barcelona over Madrid. With household names like Desigual and Mango, Madrid Fashion Week, or also referred as the Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week, will leave you daydreaming of bold prints, colors and a distinct Latin flair.

AUSTRALIA FASHION WEEK
Australian Fashion Week is a ritzy, colorful and must-see industry event, held annually in Australia during the month of May. Displaying the latest fashion trends for all four seasons, the event lasts for 7 days, and flaunts the creations of major fashion houses and designers from Australia and the rest of the Pacific Asia.
Australian Fashion Week was inaugurated in 1995, with the purpose of bringing together buyers and designers. Some of the notable designers at the Australian Fashion Week include Zimmermann, Swarovski, Hello Elle Australia, Galanni, Alex Perry, J’Aton Couture, Lisa Ho, and Leona Edmiston.
Date: May 15 – 21, 2016.



INDIA FASHION WEEK
One of the most vibrant and dynamic fashion events in Asia, Lakme India Fashion Week in Mumbai delights its attendees with its awesome creations from international labels like Roberto Cavalli, Dolce & Gabbana, and Louis Vuitton. Billed as the premier fashion event in India, Lakme India Fashion Week also features the works of many great Indian designers, such as Ritu Beri, Sabyasachi Mukherjee, Tarun Tahiliani, Rohit Bal and Manish Malhotra.
Dates: March 30 - April 3, 2016 (Summer/Resort collections), August 2016 (Winter/Festive).

LOS ANGELES FASHION WEEK
Los Angeles Fashion Week is an organization committed to raise the profile of fashion in the US. Producing a state-of-the-art, an immersive and unique fashion platform, this bi-annual event predominantly demonstrates the creations of fashion designers from Los Angeles and Southern California. While it’s not as well-known as New York Fashion Week, it has been gradually increasing its popularity, as a result of the constant efforts from journalists and LA fashion designers.
